Job Summary

  • Assist Customers via phone, in person and through email
  • Respond to inquiries and sales requests
  • Process request for quotations (RFQs)
  • Process customer purchase orders and contract review documents
  • Understand customer specific requirements
  • Customer order entry
  • Add and update items in internal company database
  • Initiate, process and review Changes Notices and Quality Planning Forms
  • Utilize customer web based applications
  • Review international commercial invoices
  • Assist with billing/quality issues as needed
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidate must have at least 1-3 years of previous inside sales / RFQ administrative experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • 3+ years working experience with Microsoft Office products - Word and Excel
  • Ability to read blueprints preferred
  • Previous estimator experience preferred
